Living room

This large sunny room is, like the rest of the flat, decorated with many varied pictures, paintings and ceramics. The south facing bay window looks out at the well planted courtyard garden and the trees of Learmonth Terrace. In the evenings a cosy fireside atmosphere is easily created, with soft lighting and the living flame gas fire. There is a large screened free-view TV with a DVD player, a selection of DVDs and board games. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which is a large leather settee which opens into a sprung king sized bed for two additional guests.
